Permanent Part Time Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full accounting support to Directors
• Preparation of GST returns
• Full set of accounts and assist in month end closing
• Monthly reconciliations and management reports
• Prepare invoices and cheques for expenses
• Manage petty cash
• Debt collection – following up with debtors so that payment is received on time

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma or a profession qualification in Accountancy
• Min 2 year’s relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Self Motivated and flexible
• Must have an eye for detail
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications & MYOB
• Able to start in October

Working Schedule:

• 3 -5 days a month, 9am to 6pm
