Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Able to do full set of accounts
• Responsible for maintain proper accounting filing system and recording of transaction in MYOB
• Assist in any ad-hoc Accounting duties
• Prepare & submit quarterly GST return
• Handle general administrative tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel
• Knowledge of MYOB will be advantageous
• Team oriented with confidence and maturity to work independently

Additional Information:

• Working Day : 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm, Saturday : 9am – 3pm
