ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ ACCOUNTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of Accounts payable functions from verifying vendors’ invoices to final payment and reconciliation of vendors’ statements
• Full spectrum of Accounts Receivables functions including invoicing; liaising with customers for payments to credit control and final collection of receivables
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Maintain monthly balance sheet analysis breakdown
• Prepare quarterly GST returns
• Prepare statutory statistics and survey reports
• Prepare monthly financial accounts in accordance to management requirement and ensure compliance to prevailing accounting standards
• Liaise with auditors and arrange for yearly stocktake
• Any other adhoc office duties or projects that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in electronic banking and accounting software
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
• Committed with initiative and integrity
• Ability to work independently under stress
