Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle AR/ AP/ Cashbook
• Maintain GL
• Prepare & posting of journal
• Preparation of monthly and yearly management reports
• GST Return
• Audit schedule
• To audit and process cheque payment
• To follow up collection
• Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate/ CAT/ ACCA Level 1 or 2
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Pleasant deposition with positive attitude
• Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player
• Meticulous and able to meet datelines
