We are currently looking for highly motivated candidates to join our team as:-

Accounts Executive

Reports to Finance Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting: CATs/Higher LCCI/ACCA partial
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position; preferably in SME environment or retail industry
• Good computer knowledge in Ms Excel & Words
• Positive, responsible, committed and with team spirit
• Must be diligent, meticulous with an eye for details, able to meet deadline
• Must have good initiative, able to work independently and with minimum supervision

Job Scope/Responsibilities

Immediate

• Full spectrum of accounts for 2 entities
• Pro-active in daily operational activities
• Main duties is to process monthly commission/overtime for operations staff
• Updating of monthly sales reports and submit to accountant
• Processing of payments, staff expenses claim and etc.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns on a quarterly basis
• Assisting in inventory checking
• Other ad-hoc duties assign

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Female working environment

Salary Range

• S$2,500 – S$2,700 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Working Location

• Tanjong Pager
• Preferable candidates staying in the East
