ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

The job:

• In charge of AP/GL function
• Process supplier invoices & prepare payment vouchers
• Process local & overseas payments to suppliers and staff claim
• Prepare Bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of the cashflow forecast
• Assist in preparation of monthly journal & schedules
• Assist in month-end closing and analysis of management accounts and reports
• Assist in year end closing and preparation of audit schedules
• Assist in preparation of Income Tax computation
• Assist in preparation of GST report
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

The person

• Diploma in Accountancy/CAT
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Accpac 5.2 (Win) & Microsoft Office
• Dynamic, self starter & results oriented
• Have good working and learning attitude
• Proactive and independent
• Staying in West preferred
• Able to start work immediately preferred
