Mundipharma is one of the world leaders in the development and marketing of analgesics for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Its product range covers immediate and controlled release analgesics (such as controlled release tablets). Mundipharma’s opioid analgesics including OxyContin® and MST CONTINUS® have become the worldwide reference products for relieving chronic moderate to severe pain caused by cancer and other, non-malignant, conditions.

Due to expansion in our Finance function, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Professional for this newly created position.

Accounts Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts
• Produce monthly accounts and quarterly management reporting
• Preparation of budgets, estimates and variance analysis.
• Submit quarterly GST returns in accordance with IRAS guidelines
• Process employee expense claims and prepare payments
• General day-to-day maintenance of the internal controls related to the assigned accounting functions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting from a recognized Polytechnic or ACCA Level II equivalent with 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in AccPac and Excel
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and able to analyse data
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
