We are seeking highly motivated individual with ambitious career goal for the following position:

Accounts Officer

Job duties

• Responsible for Accounts Payable
• Enter supplier invoices into Accpac (Windows)
• Prepare cheque payment to supplier
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation
• Update month end Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss schedules and other audit schedules

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / CAT/ LCCI or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to meet month end closing deadline
• Good knowledge of Excel and ACCPAC (Windows) an advantage
• Good interpersonal skill, proactive & able to work well in a team
• Meticulous, mature, pleasant and helpful disposition
• Work closely with and report directly to the Assistant Accountant
• Preferably can start work immediately
