Responsibilities

• You will be reporting to Senior Accounts Officer
• Responsible for the administration of timesheet module and report
• Administrator of consolidated Mastervision including preparation of rollforward files, report consolidation and Hyperion entries.
• Coordinate and ensure monthly closing report consolidation within stipulated deadlines
• Preparation of time reconciliation for account servicing
• Manage debt collection of outstanding receivables and sending out monthly statement of accounts to clients
• Updating of working capital, CAT and credit insurance in database
• Ensure timely updating of information into BCC system including headcount and maintenance of job and project number to suit Cognos requirements.
• Assist in timely updating and generating any other adhoc reports

Requirements:

• Pro-active, self-motivated, committed and providing hands-on support
• At least 2 years relevant experience with requisite accounting qualification
• Preferably working experience in marketing / advertising agency environment or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous, disciplined, genuine team player and ability to meet deadlines
