Our medical journal publication team for Asia is currently looking for a qualified candidate to join its vibrant team as an Advertising Coordinator.

Advertising Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop advertising placement plans for 3 publications, which are published in 6 countries
• Liaise and follow-up with teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Korea to coordinate advertising placements
• Compile spreadsheet of advertising placements, based on materials provided by local teams in 6 countries
• Develop pagination plans indicating advertising placements, for editors and designers to follow
• Liaise with editors/designers to make adjustments to the pagination plans as necessary
• Liaise and follow up with local teams to ensure advertising materials are received by pre-specified deadlines
• Make adjustments to pagination plans as necessary.
• Liaise with production team to ensure advertising materials are of sufficient quality for publication
• Assist in circulation and distribution of company publications

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma level preferred
• Preference will be given to those with advertising coordination/publishing experience
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Able to co-ordinate multiple projects at the same time
• Able to deliver high-quality work under pressure of multiple project deadlines
• Time management and deadline-oriented: multi-tasking skills essential
• Detail-oriented
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• MS Word/Excel

Work Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Days: Mondays to Fridays
