Application Technologist / Manager

Responsibilities:

• To provide application support and consultation of the use of wellness ingredients in various application system like tablets, capsules, beverages, bakery and others.
• To collaborate with new product development team.
• To collaborate with internal and external resources to build up application capabilities.
• To act as the application resource and expert for Sales & Marketing functions.

Requirements:

• Successful candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor of Science (Food Technology) / Life Sciences, with 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in nutritional formulation would be an added advantage.
• Candidate with knowledge of setting up the application laboratory would also be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interaction with technical and manufacturing background.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadline and to adapt to changing priorities in a challenging start-up environment.
• Ability to build rapport and trusting long term customer relationships.
• Candidate of a senior position might be considered for senior position.
• Some general knowledge in HACCP program & ISO certification will have an added advantage.
