Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Region, you will be taking care of all of the full sales aspect within your assigned area, from its planning, organizing, actuating until the controlling. It would mainly include ensuring the sales performance, and managing and guiding the sales force

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with relevant subject
• Has previous proven track record in sales experience, preferably in consumer goods company of a minimum of 3 years working experience as Area Sales Manager,
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Possess strong business sense, high integrity, good leadership, good interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate.
• Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker.
• Familiar with pressure of high target environment.
• Job location: Bandung, Batam, Surabaya, Manado, Makassar, Medan and Pangkal Pinang.
