Assistant Director (Legal)

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to the Group’s business entities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Group policies and practices
• Draft, review, advise and negotiate on commercial contracts and agreements
• Liaise with external consultants on legal issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Law from a recognised University and called to the Singapore Bar
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in practice and/ or in the commercial sector
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• High degree of drive and initiative, with excellent interpersonal skills
