Assistant Human Resource Manager
You will assist the Group HR Manager in the human resource function with particular emphasis on the training and development of staff.
Responsibilities
- HR business partner to the various departments
- Organise, develop and implement training program according to the needs of the organization.
- Identify training needs and competency gaps through training needs analysis, job analysis, performance appraisals and interviews with department managers.
- Manage training budgets and actively source for training grants.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on training program, timelines and deliverables.
- Analyse, measure and review training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experiences in the full spectrum of human resource with emphasis on training and development
- Possess good knowledge of Total Company Training Plan (TCTP), preferably with experiences in People Developer
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
