Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain and update records of flexi-benefit plans for all employees and ensure timely submissions for all claims
• Ensure employee insurance plans are current and that policies for all employee plans are renewed in a timely manner upon expiration of policies
• Oversee the administration of all workmen’s injury compensation and hospital insurance claims, ensuring timely submission of necessary documents
• Review all monthly Human Resources expenses and ensure timely and accurate submission of the monthly forecast and accruals
• Prepare and supervise the accurate preparation of all monthly Human Resources reports and to ensure timely submission to Finance and Corporate Offices
• Ensure timely reimbursement of medical and hospitalisation claims for colleagues
• Budget and oversee the proper administer of the hotel’s employee rewards and recognition programme
• Involve in recruitment and other HR-related matters

Requirements:

• Possess minimum relevant tertiary education
• At least 3-4 years Human Resources experience
• Presentable, well-groomed with leadership qualities
• People-oriented
• Able to work independently and under pressure
