Asst Materials Executive

JOB SCOPE:

• Responsible in releasing purchase orders base on MRP report and follow-up with suppliers on order acknowledgment and delivery commitment per MRP plan.
• Ensure materials are available to support factory build plan.
• Work with factory’s incoming quality check department and suppliers on quality related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Materials Management / Purchasing / Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year experience in purchasing of electronics and mechanical components
• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MRP is preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication and PC skills required with the ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to converse in Mandarin with Chinese suppliers
• Be able to start work at short notice
