AUTOCAD DRAFTER

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Drafter, you will be working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers in the preparation and revision of shop & as-built drawings.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

• Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD
• Document and data control of drawings; issue, update, filing and retrieval of old drawings
• Organise, maintenance and safe keeping of both hard & soft copies of drawings
• Ensure timely and accurate submission and completion of all drawings
• Ensure that compliance procedures are followed
• Other duties as and when assigned

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

• NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD electrical drawings of commercial, industrial and/or residential buildings
• Ability to understand drawing specifications for projects
• Ability to take and understand instructions well
• Ability to work within deadlines and autonomously when required
• Meticulous, hardworking, shows initiative, attention to details, independent & hardworking
