Business and Financial Analyst

Role and Responsibility:

• Manages and develops the overall planning and reporting process activities for APAC Region of one our our business units
• Analyses results, business measures and deviations against set targets and plans. Ensures high quality input for reporting process

Key activities:

Business Controllership: Works with entity management to support business decisions from financial performance perspective. Develops reporting, planning and simulation tools.

Financial Excellence: Follows Nokia internal accounting policies and principles and supports compliance with external statutory requirements. Continuously develops and maintains systems, instructions, models and templates for management reporting and planning. Ensures that reporting structures and content correspond to requirements. Establishes planning timelines aligned with global/ regional requirements. Follows internal controls and ensures compliance with SOX and other requirements.

Business Analyses: Prepares timely and correct business analyses to reflect true business situation and deviations. Monitors and highlights deviations against set targets and plans. Ensures appropriate business performance measures in strategic areas.

Requirements:

• University degree in finance management/accountancy.
• Professional qualification preferred
• About five years experience in financial planning and analysis in a regional role (China included)
• Experience in working with Sales and Marketing organizations preferred.
• Hands on experience with SAP
• Excellent English and Chinese
