Buyer

Responsibilities

1. Follow up with suppliers for delivery commitment against PO, update commitment into SAP system.
2. Issue reschedule request and forecast to suppliers.
3. Keeping suppliers aligned to material requirements. Pull in or push out delivery with suppliers.
4. Follow up with suppliers on all delivery related issues. Eg. Shipment pre-alert, delivery delinquency

Requirements

1. Able to communicate (written and spoken) fluently in English
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
3. Degree holder, preferably in Engineering
4. 2 years’ experience in Planning, Scheduling or Purchasing
