Requirements

• University degree majoring in Architect from reputable university
• Minimum of 4 years architectural working experience, especially in Housing, office building, and interior works
• Creative and talented to give new idea of design and concepts for interior, with good knowledge of material.
• Having responsible to design, execute, and maintenance office building and company assets.
• Jakarta Based

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Fluent in English both verbal and written, Mandarin is advantaged value.
• Conducting the work of office building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge, Good in planning and organizing and perform in a team work.
• Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, and excellence communications skill.
• Have good service attitude, target oriented, hard working, initiative, responsible and proven leadership.
