Compliance Manager – Treasury field

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the compliance implications of new products and transactions
• In-depth knowledge of securities and banking products
• Review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure due compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Assists in reviewing and establishing compliance policies and guidelines
• Perform regular compliance audits and monitor all licensing/registration matters

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Law or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years’ solid compliance experience in banking industries
• Excellent command of spoken Mandarin
