To enhance our performance and better position ourselves in the market, we are seeking high calibre candidates to assume the position as Project Engineer:

Construction Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To monitor builder’s schedule
• To manage & deploy the resources of sub-con
• To conduct site measurement for existing lift shaft
• To communicate with HDB & residents committee on Lift model for replacement
• To monitor Lift shaft takeover schedule, shipment & delivery schedule, installation/T&C & handover schedule
• Manage unexpected delays/incidents & plan/execute their resolution (AMT, field rework)
• To control and ensure safety & quality compliance
• Report hazards and share safe working methods with Sub-contractors and Technicians
• Inspect site conditions and safety conditions of jobsites prior to work commencement.
• Co-ordinate, supervise & monitor the progress of the project works on site.
• Attend site meetings and prepare correspondences relating to site condition.
• Report regularly on the progress of site and other assigned tasks.
• Perform any other special projects and tasks as directed by Project Manager.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma with relevant knowledge preferred (Engineering)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in related industry.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Preferably able to start work immediately

We are operating on a 5-day workweek.
