Contracts Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit payment applications for progress claims, damage claims, loss and expense claims and extension of time claims and final accounts
• Read tender documents, check letter of awards and binding of sub-contract documents
• Assist the credit controller in payment certification issues
• Prepare and submit bonds and warranties
• Meeting with internal and external customers

Pre-requisites

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 1-2 years’ of relevant experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and experience in commonly used Singapore Building Contracts.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
