Our company provides a broad range of corporate secretarial and advisory services. We are looking for candidates to join our expanding Corporate Secretarial Services Department for the following position :

Corporate Secretarial

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to:
  • Arranging and co-ordinating various meetings such as AGM, EGM
  • Preparing and drafting board resolutions and minute of meetings
  • Managing application, renewals and cancellations of business registrations and updating of statutory registers
  • Timely lodgment of ACRA documents
  • Providing other legal and secretarial administrative duties

Requirements

  • Min A Levels
  • Candidates pursuing ICSA certificate will be an advantage
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good Organizational skills, responsible, independent and ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal skills, spoken and written English is essential
  • Hardworking, meticulous and a keen interest to learn
