We are currently looking for a Customer Service Consultant to be located in our Singapore office.

Customer Service Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Delivering outstanding Customer Service, with the highest possible level of quality, professionalism, accuracy & kindness
• Serving Customers by understanding needs; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling or properly routing or escalating requests, maintaining databases
• Ensuring all Customers are satisfied from beginning to end and beyond, contributing to Customer loyalty. Working with other Departments to ensure all needs of the Customers are being taken care of
• Updating internal databases and systems
• Maintaining records
• High volume, phone-based Customer Service experience
• Confident and professional telephone manner

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Fast typing & proficiency with phone systems is required
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer
• Strong administrative skills and well organized
• 1-3 years of Customer Service and order processing experience
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
