Customer Service Officer (Shipping/Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• To do freight & related services (issue order, bookings, enquiry etc.)
• Liaise & close follow up with customers, carriers & forwarding agents
• Coordinate shipment to ensure prompt delivery of goods
• Handle documentation and other duties assigned as and when needed

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ level
• Min 2 years’ experience in same capacity
• Tradenet knowledge is an essential
• Able to start work immediately
• Preferably Singaporean/Malaysian
