Operating from our head quarters in Singapore, we are seeking a suitable, qualified candidate as follows.

Emergency Response Instructor

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in related field and certification from recognized, industry body
• Paramedic Qualification / First Aid & CPR, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Assessor & Auditor Qualifications or demonstrated track record in this field
• Minimum 5 years work experience with proven track record
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities :

• Report on a day to day basis to the HSEQ & Training Manager for training assignments and associated duties
• Preparation of Monthly reports relevant to the activities completed, pending activities and safety matters associated with training
• Assisting with the development and delivery of training & courses as directed
• Preparation of course submittals for government department(s) for approvals as necessary
• Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards
• Fully conversant with all training activities and materials including statutory policies including health and safety, employment and equality laws
• Maintain relevant skills and qualification levels required for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organisation as appropriate
• Maintain and complete all necessary quality management documentation throughout the execution of training
• Complete individual evaluations throughout the training and education of the student(s)
• Preparation and organizing classrooms for the effective training of students
• Arrange for all necessary student manuals, test papers and the proper maintenance and storage of such documentation for audit purposes
• Preparation of student information for certificates
• Assist/administer and identify needs for training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery
• Arrange for the inspection and maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training

Remuneration will be based on candidates experience, K2 employees are required to work 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and further benefits can be discussed at interview.
