Engineer / Assistant Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for all plant facilities relate to productions and ensure the production equipment are well maintained.
• Initiate & develop solutions to problem that affect the yield.
• Responsible for spare parts management.
• Assist production/engineering dept to handle customers for production line and ISO quality system audit and develop, modify & maintaining manufacturing line, to buy-off new production lines and facilities.
• Assist engineering/production department to generate weekly/monthly report.
• Any other engineering and/or related production work to be assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITC in Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering field & manufacturing environment
• Experience in FOL processes in wafer dicing and die bonding preferred
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004 QEMS implementation
