ENGINEERING SPECIALIST (Mechanical / Development)

Requirements:

• Experienced and knowledgeable in Robotic and Mechanical Design principles with conversant in 3D CAD / Solid Work
• Responsible to co-ordinate with various departments as well as customer support for product development
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Semiconductor Assembly Industry
• Diploma or at least with Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Mechantronics Engineering
