Finance Assistant (Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

• Checking goods receive from respectively sales outlet and updating to system.
• Check of incoming sales invoice from respectively sales outlet and updating to system.
• Facilitate periodical (Monthly) stock-take in outlets.
• Provide timely inventory report and other ad-hoc reports to Operation manager.
• Assist in preparation of PO and other purchase related matters
• Assist in monthly closing of accounts and finance-related reporting
• Assist in settlement / reconciliation of receipts and preparation of payments for local/export suppliers
• Assist and participate in road show preparation/operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ level or higher.
• Experience in IT industry would be advantageous.
• Able to work both independently as well as a good team player.
• Service oriented with excellent telecommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed, self-motivated and trustworthy
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
