Established in Hong Kong in 1997, PC Partner Ltd. is one of the world’s pioneering manufacturers of electronic manufacturing services (EMS), motherboards, graphics cards and consumer electronics. With sizable production plants in Mainland China (around 5,000 employees in Dongguan, China), we specialize in offering state-of-the-art technology and quality support service for system integrators, distributors and OEM/ODM customers around the world. Owing to our expansion, we are now looking for a Finance Manager for our China operation.

Finance Manager – Dongguan Based

Reporting to a Director, responsible for accounting function of the company’s operations in Dongguan and Shenzhen. Duties include:

• Manage the F&A function in Dongguan & Shenzhen;
• Compile monthly financial statements and analysis;
• Handle statutory reporting in China;
• Manage cash flow and budgetary control and tax planning;
• Coordinate with the corporate teams on annual audit and physical take;
• Establish policies and procedures to strengthen in internal control and budgetary process, and;
• train and coach staff to develop their competencies.

Suitable candidates shall have/be:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting;
• Qualified Accountant;
• Min. 10 years relevant experience, preferably in a sizable manufacturing concern, of which 3 years must be gained at management level;
• Well versed with China accounting, tax and customs regulations and practices;
• Hands on experience in managing an accounting team and dealing with relevant bureaus in China, previous stationing experience in Guangdong Province essential;
• Familiar with Flex Accounting & Oracle Finance;
• Hands on experience in China manufacturing costing and financial management;
• Positive, energetic and enthusiastic on work;
• Creative and a real troubleshooter able to solve problem out-of-the-box;
• an excellent communicator, able to win support from others;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Willing to station in Dongguan.
