FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR support
• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage monthly cash flow and control
• Deliver monthly management accounts
• Review and prepare quarterly GST reporting
• Performing bank reconciliation and prepare balance sheet schedules
• Prepare audit schedules and liase with external auditors for statutory audit
• Assist in the improvement to internal control and helps to implement new control procedures
• Review and update accounting and financial policy and procedures; ensure compliance with accounting and financial policies
• Participate in the preparation of investment budget; tracking of investment expenditure against approved investment credits
• Ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 – 5years of HR / accounts experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel and Outlook
• Meticulous and good at Human Relations
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to take stress and pressure
• Knowledge of MYOB is an advantage

Other Details:

• Location: 72 Eunos Ave 7 #05-01 Singapore Handicrafts Building
• 5-day work week (9am to 6pm)
• Able to start work immediately preferred
