Listed on the Singapore Exchange, Eu Yan Sang International Limited is a progressive, global healthcare company with its core focus in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and integrative healthcare. The group has an extensive network of retail outlets and TCM clinics in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.

We would like to invite suitable candidates to fill the following position in Singapore.

FINANCIAL ANALYST

The successful incumbent will be part of the Finance team reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly / quarterly financial and management reports, analyses and presentation
• Conduct business and trend analysis to identify potential growth and risk, and improve revenue and margins
• Coordinate and consolidate forecast and budget for all country sales channels and perform monthly variance analysis of actual performance against forecast
• Prepare weekly sales report and forecast
• Ensure timely month-end closing
• Assist in management accounting, budget control and any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Prior experience in retail & consumer industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel & Access and Hyperion.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to perform under tight timeline
