Financial / Project Manager (Jewellery field)

Job Duties:

• Manage overall Finance / Accounting / IT for the company
• Manage the IT / Financial projects and related activities, formulate and execute action plans thereafter.
• Review the existing processes for operation and ERP improvement
• Develop and improve Finance / IT process/work flows & SOP
• Oversee financial reporting and accounting activities of the company
• Review management financial reports to ensure completeness & accuracy and compliance with requirement
• Maintain the finance functions for compliance of regulatory financial requirements
• This position reports directly to the board of directors.

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Finance or Accounting or other related discipline
• ACCA / HKICPA member or above.
• At least 5 years’ accounting management experience in financial industry (jewellery field is a plus) with minimum 3 years of which gained at managerial level
• Solid knowledge of regulatory financial requirements and with experience in handling full sets of accounts, cashflow and reports
• Familiar with common Accounting software system
• Good knowledge in Project Management, familiar with ERP system
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with ability to speak in Putonghua
• Strong interpersonal skill, visionary and strategic
• Senior experience with academic background will be considered of senior position
