Front Desk Assistant

This position will be responsible for:

To handle incoming and outgoing calls and letters and to be the first physical contact with customers, guest and employees outside Head Office while executing a range of administration activities to support HR Department.

Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma I degree majoring in any educational background (preferable from Secretary, Communication or Administration program)
• Age 19 – 27 years
• Good appearance, interpersonal skill and communication
• Able to speak and write in English
• Having accounting and administration skill is an advantage
• Min. 1 year as Receptionist
• Familiar using MS Office is an advantage

Employment Status: Contract basis under outsourcing company
