Head Pastry Chef/Baker Asst/Service/Cooks

HEAD PASTRY CHEF:

A quality food and beverage operator in Singapore, with a portfolio of hospitality operations is currently seeking to fill the above positions. A Head Pastry Chef is sought to oversee Pastry operations at the company’s Central Production Kitchen in Kaki Bukit.

Job Scope:

• Supervise preparation of pastry and baking products
• Ensure food costs and quality standards are within established guidelines
• Prepares Pastry items – Cakes, Pastries, Bakery, Ice Creams, Chocolate Pralines
• Ordering of kitchen supplies, checking of incoming food items and quality
• Management of food cost and outgoing food quality
• Lead, supervise and train a team of staff
• Adherence to Health and Safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Must be experienced working in Asia
• Good team player with the ability to work well with people from all levels
• 5 years minimum in a similar role
• Creative, lingual, patient & a team player
• Experience with HACCP, AVA and NEA requirements would be advantageous
• Relevant trade qualifications / diploma would be welcomed

BAKERS ASSISTANTS:

Preference given to food workers familiar with bread baking and cake production

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE STAFF:

Friendly, presentable waitstaff sought for various positions

COOKS:

Junior and senior cooks for various cooking roles across a range of F&B outlets
