HR Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To assist Admin Manager in compose HR Policies & Procedures.
• Look after the payroll administration system and implementation
• Setting a training need analysis and identification of Training provider.
• To ensure the implementation of compensation and benefits Policy, and provide budget analysis.
• To handle basic stage process of Recruitment & Selection, preliminary shorting applications.
• To provide Manpower Statistical Data and Labor Turn Over.
• Identify the employee relation issues and submit comprehensive information to Admin Manager.
• Maintain a good administration of Formalities of Expatriate.
• Maintain the best practice of Local Hire Payroll Administration and ensure that all calculation of pay are in line with the Manpower Regulations.
• Handling Jamsostek administration and provide up date information.
• To strengthen the team work within the Company by maintaining good communication and coordination with other Departments.
• Maintain a best system and handling of employees data base with a comprehensive information and provide up date data base in weekly basis.
