HR EXECUTIVE
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Involve in all HR functions ie. Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation, benefits & Welfare, Training & Development
• Source for training programmes and coordinate trainings for staff
• Administer staff insurance and course sponsorship matters
• Keep abreast with market information (ie. salary, hr trends, best practices) etc.
• Manage all HR enquiries and personnel matters
• Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with the legislation
• Manage and maintain staff records and HR documents
• Candidates for the Manager’s role must be able to formulate HR policies and strategies and provide professional HR advice to Senior Managers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• At least 2 to 3 years experiences in handling wide spectrum of HR functions
• Must be well-versed in the Labour Laws of Indonesia
• Good fundamental knowledge of all HR management related issues.
• Matured and ability to work well with all levels of staff
• Good communication skills
