UL’s Affiliate in Singapore, UL International – Singapore Private Limited, helps manufacturers located in Southeast Asia, access global markets for their products by testing and certifying them to global safety and performance standards. We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber HR Generalist to support our ASEAN offices including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Occasional Travel is required. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional HR tasks associated with recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management;
• Work closely with Regional HR team on implementing global policies, procedures and processes;
• Liaise with vendors and service providers;
• Build up rapport with business divisions and colleague.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline, MBA preferred
• At least 5 years solid HR experience, preferably with regional exposure
• Hands-on knowledge on HR concepts & local practices
• A proactive team player with excellent communication and strong people skills
