HR Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and update employee records in HR system
• Assist in recruitment process
• Leave administration
• Assist in employee’s request and queries
• Coordinate employee announcements and communications
• Assist in HR administrative and Payroll duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. O’levels/Certificate in HRM or equivalent
• Min. 1 year experience in Admin & HR functions a must
• Knowledge of Employment Law an advantage
• Good communications skill, verbal and written.
• Possess a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.
• Mature and independent & the able to work under minimal supervision

Others:

• 5 days work week
• Company transport provided
• Location: West
