• Lead the staffing team to perform recruitment eg: posting advertisements, screen CVs, arrange interviews, interviewing
• Prepare salary package
• Perform job offering
• Work closely with various business units to understand their needs and development plan
• Foster university relations
• Handle employees on boarding and separation matters
• Build staffing pipelines

Pre-requisities:

• Degree / Diploma in Business major in HRM with 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in recruitment agency preferred
• Analytical and meticulous
• Professionalism in maintaining employee confidential information
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
