Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Psychology
• Working Experience : 2 years or more of designing and implementing HR system at an ISO 9001 certified company (Recruitment, training, evaluation, performance management)
• Male 25-35 years old
• Residing in Semarang
• Self-motivated, hardworking, ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to write and speak in English
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and consulting skill
• Familiar with using documents processing softwares
• Excellent presentation skill
• Action and goal oriented
• Creative, initiative and anticipative
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
