PT. Citra Pembina Pengangkutan Industries is currently looking for:

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (HRM)

Planning, Organizing, Development, and Controlling the Strategic & Human Resource Department (HRD) activeties with several main function as follow:

• Conduct and control the training program, employee performance appraisal, recruitment process, Payroll process (HRMS, Pph21, Jamsostek, JPK) and other Industrial Relations with government and costumers
• Arrange Job Evaluation and updated organization chart
• Understand and implement the manpower regulation and others company regulations
• Conduct and develop the Human Resource Department (HRD) and others company computerize program system
• Conduct and control all activities based on ISO integrated and SMK-3 system
• Strong leadership, wise, good managerial and analytical thinking and able to communicate with every body

General Requirements:

• Male / Female : Age 30-40 years
• Min. S1 from Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management & Law
• Able to work under pressure, problem solving aptitude, good analytical thinking
• Having min. 5 years experience in Human Resource Department (HRD) and 3 years in Managerial Level
• Computer literate
• Strong proficiency in English communication skills with both local and expatriate
• Technical knowledge for Human Resource Department (HRD) jobs
• Having a Ahli K3 certificate is an advantage
• Familiar with integrated 3 systems for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007
