Human Resource Manager

Reporting to the Director of Human Resource, the candidate will be involved in the daily operations of the Human Resource department. His/her duties and responsibilities include recruitment, salary & benefit administration, managing employee welfare programs, as well as handling staff disciplinary and industrial relation matters. The immediate task for this position will be to participate in CA negotiations and assist the Director of Human Resource in concluding the CA. The other key challenge will be to assist in the various job redesigning exercises, looking at ways to improve job processes so as to achieve productivity at the desired level.

Qualifications and experience

• A Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent and Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience, preferably from the hospitality industry
• Possesses strong analytical, organizational, delegation, communications and problem solving skills
• Prior experience in CA negotiations would be advantageous
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
