Brightoil Petroleum (S’pore) Pte Ltd, a local branch company is engaged in oversea business development, including oil international product trade, overseas oil exploration, business development and participation in international oil market operation. Due to our business expansion, we are seeking for high calibre and dedicated professionals to join us in a dynamic and challenging industry as:

Human Resources & Administration Manager (Singapore based)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions, including recruitment, payroll management, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.
• Manage office administration to ensure overall Company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
• Support the development and implementation of HR and Administration strategies and policies to cope with the Company’s rapid development
• Report to the Senior Manager in Hong Kong corporate office in relations to all Human Resources and Administration matters
• Prepare periodic HR reports and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Independent and work from scratch

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in sizeable company; previous experience in oil trading or shipping industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and business practices in Singapore is a must
• Proficient in Computer application, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Hands-on experience in leading a small team in providing day-to-day administration and HR services
• Mature, able to work independently and under pressure, resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment.
• Excellent in both written & spoken English and Chinese.
• Migrant from Hong Kong or China with Singapore permanent residency is also welcome
