As a newly established homegrown interior and graphic design firm, Archiwerkz is committed to creating comfortable and polished interiors based on our clients’ needs. Our projects cover the residential, retail and commercial markets.

In-house Designer / Interior Design Consultant

1) In-house Designer

Responsibilities:

• Drawing of site plans, layouts and details.
• 3D visualization
• Archiving of Store Documentation files
• Liaise with Sales Team

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in residential, commercial and retail designs.
• Creative with a strong sense for colors, texture and matrials with good knowledge of space planning and concept development
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Vray
• Able to work in fast paced environment with self initiative/motivation
• Awareness of technical building and safety issues, and the range of relevant products and materials is a bonus
• Singaporean citizens or holder of relevant residence status are welcome to apply
• Able to speak and write well in English

Other Information:

• Salary range: $1800-$2500

2) Interior Design Consultants

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional services and advice to customers
• Project Management from conceptualization / development till completion
• To oversee and assist in budgetary, material proposal, project schedule, documentation and execution
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers at various stages of interior works

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in designing residential, office &/or retail spaces
• Awareness of technical building and safety issues, and the range of relevant products and materials is a bonus
• Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to speak and write well in English
• Computer literate
• Proven project management skills
