Inside Sales Engineer/Technical Supp Engineer

General Purpose of Job:

• To offer technical & service support and assistance to sales agents, sales manager and distributors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Joint sales visits with local and regional sales team to provide technical support and consultancy.
• Provide technical support on products, applications and synergy
• Advise customers, Distributors, and Sales Agents on product applicability.
• Maintain accuracy of technical documentation and other promotional materials
• Train Product Specialists, Sales Agents, and Distributors on product applications and capabilities
• Provide technical demonstrations of product capabilities to select external constituents
• Serve as a post-sale technical resource

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical)
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Engineering/ Technical Services Support.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated willingness to travel.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
