We have an immediate vacancy looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:-

Inside Sales Support / Customer Service

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers to better understand company product lines and solutions;
• Oracle order entry and management
• Prepare sales quotation and technical specifications for customers;
• Provide technical and application support;
• Communicate with factory personnel on technical and commercial issues;
• Sales forecasting and reporting
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma holders/ University graduates in Mechanical/ Engineering/ Business are welcome to apply
• Team player is a must;
• Enjoys performing both Commercial and technical roles;
• Fluent in Both English/ Mandarin;
• Good communication skills and telephone etiquette with a pleasant and friendly voice
• Ability to work under pressure with exceptional adaptability to changing environments;
• Demonstrate maturity and common sense;
• One or two years prior working experience in Customer Service will be a plus but not required
• Fresh Graduate are most welcome to apply.
• Energetic and fun loving.
• Able to start work immediately

If successful in this role as Inside Sales, the incumbent will be promoted to a full territory sales position with quota responsibility. The timing will be dependent on the incumbent’s mastery of the value selling proposition and knowledge of the company’s capabilities. The incumbent must also demonstrate maturity in handling customer care issues and show strong relationship building skills.
