Our company is currently looking for IT executive to support corporate IT section to handle all kinds of IT/ technical related matters, hardware/ software and troubleshooting.

IT EXECUTIVE

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT Discipline
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Linux Solution
• At least 2-3 year of working experience in IT / Financial Institutes
• Experience in Windows Server 2003 administration, AD and Group Policy management.
• Good knowledge of network devices, security, Firewalls, VPN and Wireless technology.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting technical issues
• Good knowledge of corporate anti-virus software deployment/management
• Good knowledge of corporate backup software, deployment and management
• Initiator, Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform Daily Administration of technical issues
• Perform regular health checks for smooth operation of Mail systems
• Respond to service requests assigned within committed service levels
• Maintain documentation – ensure proper update of documentation in relation to changes in environment
• Provide daily and after office support for operational issues
• Provide Monthly reports for the management
• Able to work independently with vendor representatives as needed to resolve questions or problems
• Managed all third-party vendors for the system
• To conduct system, quality and audit testing to ensure quality and integrity of system
• To assist in all system operation and support help to users
