IT Helpdesk Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Performs 1st level of support pertaining to end-users enquiry and fault reports
• Troubleshoot clients hardware, software and application problems via phone, remote access and e-mail
• Coordinate with Technical Support Specialist site visit schedule
• Conducts site visit as when necessary

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in IT or relevant field
• At least 2 years working experience at the same or relevant role
• With good communication and inter-personal skills

Networking Skills

• Troubleshooting on networking issues

Desktop Skills

• Windows OS and MS office application troubleshooting

Server Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies
• Troubleshooting for Microsoft server, Active Directory & other applications
• Basic administration for Microsoft servers and application
• Lan switches, routers and firewall
